I tried returning something and, from what I remember, it turned into a bunch of back-and-forth emails with no straight answer. I might be blanking on some of the details, but I definitely remember waiting way too long for the refund and then getting less back than I expected. That part stuck with me. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

I ordered a few hair products from unitedbeautysupply.com, and the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking just sat there for days with no real updates, which was super frustrating when I was trying to figure out where my order even was.

The products did eventually show up and everything was fine, but the whole wait left a bad impression. I get that companies have shipping policies or processing timelines they point to, but it felt like more of an excuse than a real explanation. I’d maybe order again if I wasn’t in any hurry, but this was a 2-star experience for me.

Well... the box showed up in good shape, so no complaints from me. Everything looked fine when it arrived.

They’ve got a good mix of hair and beauty products, and I found about a few brands I don’t usually see around other stores. The only downside is that some shades and items I wanted were out of stock, so I had to settle for other options. Overall, it’s not bad, I just wish the availability was a little more consistent
